What past attendees had to say

“You will learn many techniques, so anyone is able to find their favourite, and it all comes with super detailed workbook so you can come back to any part whenever you want to! Also, I loved our small course community! If you are interested in mindfulness – this course is for you!”

Agnieszka Blaszczak

“Carolina has a very creative approach to mindfulness for days when you might feel too restless to formally meditate but can incorporate other ways to be introspective and practice. After the course, I find myself practicing mindfulness several times a week and being overall much more calm. I truly recommend this course!”

Anya

“Each session builds on the one before with ample resources, good coaching, and new lessons and habits that can improve your life. I would definitely sign up for other courses with Carolina. Best decision ever.”

Jess Kovac

“The best!! Carolina is so attentive and thoughtful to each individual's situation and way of working. She doesn't apply a "one size fits all" but rather releases the pressure of our ideas of what we think meditation "should be", and rather teaches us what it "can be" depending on our lifestyle and needs.”

Izzy Dempsey

“Carolina has lots of patience, empathy and she listens without judgement. I love her calming voice which makes meditation even more easier. With her tips and knowledge, meditation and mindfulness can be easier to practice. I highly recommend this course. It’s the best gift one can ever get or receive!”

Tezu Chhetri

“I took Carolina's course Inner Exploration and it was amazing. I learnt a lot about what mindfulness truly is and I learnt how to adopt it in my own life. It's been a couple of months since those classes and I still find myself recalling what I learnt and trying to apply it. Would recommend!”

Claire Peterson

“It was such a wonderful experience that my therapist saw the changes and congratulated me on being less focused on my errors, mistakes and fears of what might be and more focused on enjoying the present moments with joy and acceptance! Thank you for this marvelous opportunity!”

Yes it is! You can join this program if you have never meditated or read a book about mindfulness in your life.

I already have years of mindfulness practice – is this course for me?

Even if you have years of practice behind you, this course offers a modern and new way to learning mindfulness philosophies and practices.

I combine written expression, narrative therapy, creative expression, and experiential exercises which will give you new insights and learning into your practice and deepen your  self-knowledge.

It can also useful to get back into your practice and reconnect with the philosophies.

If you feel you are ready to dive deeper, I have another program for those who have completed this course, or who have an introductory foundation of mindfulness already.

How much time do I need per week to do this course?

You will need to spend two hours per week for the live group sessions.

Although each person is different in regard to the practices they do at home and for how long they do them, I would estimate approximately two additional hours per week for the home practices.

Will there be replays of the sessions if I miss a class?

he full sessions will not be recorded to respect the privacy of all participants and to create an emotionally safe environment as the sessions are interactive.

I provide the meditation recordings as well as the written and creative exercises done in the class for you to do in your own time during the week.

Additionally, you will have extensive summaries of each session in the workbook I send before class.
